FOR TRANSPORT CUSTOMERS:

  • All special request or type/style of grooming are to be communicated via the main company line @ 94771804. Simply WhatApps/SMS to 94771804 should your dog be required any special care or if there is any special request by the owner who arranged the appointment. If you have any photo or preferred style, please attach photos as reference. Please do not give drivers grooming instructions
  • Owners are fully responsible for securing your furkids harnesses/leash and assist to carry them into the crate of the company vans. Doggylicious will not be held responsible in circumstance where the furkid slips and escapes out of their leash or harnesses during handing over with owner. Owners are to bring them down and assist our drivers in putting them into the transport crates.
  • Our company drivers will inform owners before reaching & upon arrival. Owners will be required to bring their furkids down to hand over to our drivers and place them in the cages provided to ensure safety.
  • Drivers will give a waiting time of 15MINS only.
  • Wasted trips/ re trips will be chargeable at 50% of the 2 way transport price.
  • Please note that should you require our transport service, delays are to be expected for pick up & send back due to high volume of dogs & traffic/weather conditions. We are only able to give you a estimated buffer timing. The driver also holds a huge responsibility in sending your pets back safely, please allow us some buffer timing, the safety of your pets during the grooming process and on the way home from grooming is our no 1 priority. We hope to see you and your pets at Doggylicious soon!

Please note that we are unable to leave dogs unattended in the van due to safety reasons.

As NEA does not allow engine idling, we will be unable to off the engine for animal welfare purposes. We seek your cooperation when uses our transport services. 

Should any of the clients hurl vulgarities or turn abusive to our drivers or staff, we will hand the case over to the authorities for action. Please practice mutual respect to our staff & drivers.
